We Walk the Woods

Every Wednesday, 10:00am – 12:00pm

Meet at headquarters (305 Middleton Rd.) Join the Park Interpreter and volunteer leaders for a slow paced walk through the forest while enjoying nature at its finest. Each week we hike to a different part of the forest for a series of 12 hikes. Recommend bringing water, insect repellent, sun screen, binoculars and camera. Rain or shine! Appropriate for children over 6 years old.

Join the Friends of Harold Parker for a clean-up event along Harold Parker Rd in North Andover (between Route 114 and Middleton Rd.) Gloves and trash bags will be provided. Please come out and bring a friend!

UPDATE: We'll meet at the pavilion parking area on Middleton Rd., NOT park headquarters building as previously stated.

Getting to Know the Forest: Hike on the Bay Circuit Trail

Join the Friends for a hike to and on part of the Bay Circuit Trail in North Andover. Come see the northern part of the Forest hiking from Pine Road and the new connector trail between intersections NA33 & 32 to the BCT. This interesting route passes over rock outcrops and crosses small streams in an ever-changing hilly terrain. Rain cancels.
