We Walk the Woods

Every Wednesday, 10:00am – 12:00pm

Meet at headquarters (305 Middleton Rd.) Join the Park Interpreter and volunteer leaders for a slow paced walk through the forest while enjoying nature at its finest. Each week we hike to a different part of the forest for a series of 12 hikes. Recommend bringing water, insect repellent, sun screen, binoculars and camera. Rain or shine! Appropriate for children over 6 years old.

The Berry Pond day-use swimming area is once again open and staffed for 2018. Gates are open from 10am - 6pm, now through Labor Day.

When the campground is open there are many events conducted by the park nature interpreter! All programs are free and open to the public.

Annual Fishing Festival

Annual Fishing Festival

Join us at Sudden Pond for a day of fishing for all ages! This event will introduce beginning and veteran anglers to fishing.  Cast a line, learn about fish in our waters, safety, and equipment.  MassWildlife Angler Education Volunteer Instructors will be on hand to assist. Equipment is provided. No license required.

Sudden Pond is located near 100 Middleton Rd. in North Andover.  Signs will be posted from park entrances. Wheelchair accessible. Reasonable accommodations upon request.
